SoMa at Brickell
The exterior of SoMa at Brickell has been completely painted and landscaping has started on the 8 story condo in West Brickell.
The building is very close to completion after starting construction in early 2014 and will open in the Fall.
Previously on the site was an abandoned apartment complex that sat empty for several months.

It's been awhile since our last update of SoMa at Brickell and the 8 story condo is getting the exterior painted.
Previously on the site were some abandoned apartments before they were torn down for construction.
SoMa at Brickell Construction Site
Formally named Broadstone Brickell Lofts, the construction project is now named SoMa at Brickell.
The 8 story building is already almost completed the 8th floor and should be ready to open early 2015.

Before the construction of Broadstone Brickell Lofts in October 2013, the land that it occupied had several low rise apartments.
The apartments sat empty for a few months where tenants left behind many items such as TV's, toys and furniture. The land was fenced before it was bought by Behringer Harvard in July 2013 for $21 million.
They are now currently building the Broadstone Brickell Lofts in its place, which will be 8 stories and hold 421 units.
